I'm starting to learn more things but I don't want to bug
you guys each time can you recommend a good step by step
Microsoft Access Book using VBA (keep in mind I'm not a
programmer).

I would suggest you go to your favourite bookstore, and look through their
selections. However, here are two suggestions:

Running Access XXXX by Viescas (Microsoft Press)
